Welcome to another #NessFoodSeries, this time I want to share with you about a food delivery service – Burp Central. I found them on Instagram and they have a website which -is www.burpcentral.com, they are curated with different brands and one of those is Fiesta To Go.
I decided to check Fiesta to Go since I crave some Pinoy Food, but I want something with a twist, not just an ordinary Pinoy Food that I can cook.
First, on the menu, we had Crispy Pork Bingoongan, which is a crispy pork belly in bagoong sauce. The pork is very crispy when you bite it, the bagoong sauce is bursting with umami flavor. Partner it with rice and I am sure that you will eat more because of this delicious combo.
Second, we had, their Crispy Pork Kare-Kare, I like how they present their Kare-Kare, the braided string beans look beautiful and appetizing. The taste is slightly sweet and rich, and the thick savory peanut sauce is unforgettably flavorful.
Another that we had is the Crispy Pork Humba. It is a braised pork dish in a mildly sweet sauce with bay leaves and black beans.
My most favorite of what we ordered is the Fiesta Shanghai. It never gets too old for me, my all time favorite.
