Maple Bacon Egg Sandwich – This dish featured Monin Maple Flavor Syrup, which was used to glaze the bacon, imparting a rich, sweet depth that elevated the classic breakfast sandwich.

Ham and Cheese Croissant with Mediterranean Salad – Chef Kirk crafted a Peach Dijon Spread using Monin Peach Fruit Mix, adding a fruity zest to the croissant. The accompanying Mediterranean salad was dressed with a Citrus Vinaigrette made from Monin Sweet and Sour Syrup, providing a refreshing and tangy complement.
