Welcome to another Buffet Series. Buffets have undoubtedly become a popular dining trend in the Philippines, and the buffet dining scene especially here in Manila surged as the years came by. From local restaurants to luxury hotels, buffet offerings have become a trend both by us Filipinos, and tourists.
As mentioned on my first blog, my husband and I have a thing for buffets and now I want to share our experience in Gourmand Buffet at The Excelsior Hotel. This is located in 345 Alabang–Zapote Rd, Almanza Uno, Las Piñas,Metro Manila, Philippines.
Let’s start! We went there for dinner, and the first thing that I noticed was the ambiance and setting, it was pleasant and bright. The buffet area is neat and the dining area is spacious.
Second, the staff are so welcoming, they welcomed us with a smile and they go above and beyond to create a very warm atmosphere. They are attentive, and staff members are always ready to assist.
Third, let’s go now with the food that they offer! Well, they did not disappoint us. They offer different kinds of viand. They also have a salad bar, sushi bar, and dessert bar. They offer fresh fruits and vegetables too! They do have pasta and soup as well.
